responsible citizens, in order to better understand, explain and advance

Position
Role:
The PhD student will
be a member of the Department of Physics and Materials Science within the
Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Luxembourg.
She or he will perform research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Siebentritt.

- Preparation by co-evaporation
of chalcopyrite films and solar cells
- Photoluminescence and solar
cell characterisation
